The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped USPS within 3 business days. Often it will be faster than that, but if you plan on three days you can just be pleasantly surprised :) We ship as quickly as possible, often the next day.
Please note, shipping during peak times like the holidays will be slower, we cannot control the speed of the mail once a package has left our hands.
Please double check the address on your order when placing it. We are NOT responsible for an order not arriving or arriving late because of a wrong address. We ship to the address on the order, no other. Please also doublecheck the address on your paypal account when paying with paypal, as per their requirements we have to ship to the confirmed address on your paypal account.
International orders can take much longer to arrive than domestic packages, so please allow up to a few weeks for them to arrive! Please note that there is no easy option to track an international package, so we are at the mercy of international mail services to find any missing packages. Becca's Boutique Bows is NOT responsible for any mail that gets lost internationally.
- Return Policy
Returns are accepted on predesigned items only. Custom items may not be returned.
Refunds on returned items will be sent via the method of payment made. For some items we will accept returns in their original unused condition. But as these are custom made items, we do not accept returns for changing your mind on colors, for dye lot issues, or for having just changed your mind. You choose your colors, you live with them. But if it's something easily resellable, we might make an exception. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right. We do NOT refund shipping, nor do we pay for return shipping on approved returns.
Please double check that your billing address really matches the address that is associated with your credit card. If they don't match, the card will be declined by our credit card processor, and we cannot re-run the card. We use a super secure server that does not even show us the credit card number. So if you have a card get declined, you can either run the order through again with the right address, or you can pay via paypal. The shipping address can be different than the billing address.
